Vehicle Description
The 380SL R107 was produced from 1980 through to 1985. In 1980, MBZ
revamped the SL lineup of sporting luxury convertibles with the
introduction of the 380SL. Further developed on the popular R107
chassis first used in the 1972 350SL and later in the 450SL's, it
has a 3.8L V-8 and a 4-speed automatic transmission. Fully
independent suspension and four-wheel disc brakes were
standard.
