Vehicle Description
A ton of vintage charm combines with extra V8 power to create a
very memorable 1956 Ford F-100.
Those who love Ford trucks know '56 is the year to get. It's the
only time the second-gen F-Series came with the wraparound
windshield. And it's that sense of style you see throughout this
truck. You have an upgraded metallic red that offers plenty of
extra shine in the sunlight. It goes particularly well with the
brightwork pieces like the artful chrome grille, mirror-like
bumpers, and classic smooth polished wheel covers. There's even a
very well-coordinated second tone of black that's seen in the
background of the front end and on the side steps. No matter if you
rather have the folding tonneau over the truck bed or keep the open
with the Ford-logo rubber mat, this also coordinates with the hint
of darkness.
Inside the same red and black attitude continues. This one has a
cool look with a nice texture on the bench seat that's also
repeated on the door panels. We love that the classic steering
wheel even retains the Power King center cap from this era. Plus,
you have great upgrades, like the AM/FM/CD stereo for better
driving tunes and a column-mounted tach to better utilize the
upgrade under the hood.
These second-gen F-Series were known for ushering the era of the
now-famous Y-block V8. While those were a terrific power upgrade,
this classic takes it one step further. It appreciates its history,
but also utilizes the larger 292 cubic-inch Y-block that wasn't
available until its predecessor. They really make the most of this
motor with the bright red block, shining valve covers, and all the
cool correct decals. So you'll love showing it off. Plus, the
column-shifted three-speed manual transmission means you have full
control over this V8 upgrade.
This is a great mix of vintage and the right upgrades. So don't
miss you chance at a terrific classic pickup. Call now!
