Vehicle Description
Clean, low mileage modern classic. Perfect for pulling your vintage
classic home for restoration, or pulling it to the show when its
done. This truck has been cared for like a show car so it still
looks great, but is as strong as an Ox and can pull a house down if
you want it too, so your options are open as to what you ask it to
do. Check it out.
No need to spend big money on a new truck when you can buy this one
to pull your toys or run your business, or both, and look damn good
while you're doing it. Spend the extra money on the toys or the
tools. The Emerald Green paint has a nice shine to it and is
dressed up with body colored side view mirrors and rain shades. Up
front, a crosshatch grill with bold chrome bars framing it adds a
nice custom look. There are rectangular headlights and a sharp
looking chrome bumper with two tow hooks underlining everything.
Cap lights let people know they have a real truck coming at them at
night and clearance lights on those dually fenders do the same
thing. At the business end of this rig is a serious trailer hitch
under the bumper. Drop the tailgate and you will see that the bed
has spray on liner with a rubber mat surrounding the mounting bars
for a 5th wheel set up if you wish to run one.
Open the door and you will find a neat and clean Saddle interior
with the comfort and convenience features to make traveling
enjoyable. The door panel has a nice long armrest with switches for
the power windows, locks, and mirrors at your fingertips, a door
pocket and a speaker. The big bucket seats are power operated and
comfortable with a center console between them and the back seat is
big enough to carry all the help you might need on the job. The
leather wrapped steering wheel is mounted on a tilt column with
cruise control and the shifter for the automatic transmission. The
dashboard is logically laid out with easy to read gauges as well as
a trailer brake controller mounted underneath includes the controls
for the air conditioning to keep you cool as well as the
FM/CD/cassette player for your listening pleasure. It all looks
just about as good as it did the day it rolled out of the
showroom.
Pop the hood and you will find a gas powered 7.4-liter powerhouse
nestled down in a neat and clean engine bay. It is completely stock
and has obviously been well cared for. As a reminder, it has only
been called to duty for 84,000 miles in 20 years. There are dual
batteries as well as a Vortec dress up kit. But backing up that
muscle on a 3500 series truck are heavy duty chassis parts too. The
4-speed automatic transmission makes driving it and pulling with it
easy along with power steering and power brakes and the 4-wheel
drive gives you the peace of mind that you won't get stuck in a
slippery field. Heavy duty driveshafts and axles will pull those
heavy loads without breaking a sweat and those dual rear wheels
make towing a trailer more stable and less nerve racking.
225/75R15s are mounted on body colored steel wheels with polished
trim rings and bowtie centers.
A good looking, low mileage, heavy duty truck for work or play.
Come on down and check it out. You might just decide that this is
the truck you need to get the job done for you.
