Vehicle Description
Hot Rod Power Tour ready! This Rat Rod 1959 Edsel Villager wagon
has already completed five Hot Rod Power Tours and has been driven
from the Gulf Coast to Canada!
This car has appeared in magazine stories, transmission ads as well
as on television and websites. It seems like camerman love it at
car shows.
Under the hood is a very plain Jane but Bulletproof 302 with a
carburetor backed up by a Tremec 5-speed. It has disc brakes in the
front and a well-matched differential ratio in the rear. It also
has air conditioning.
The interior has lots of personality. The seats are original but it
does have new carpet. The front seat was covered in a yellow fuzzy
polka dot material and now has a slip on cover over that. Back
seats have the original material. Door panels are there but a bit
ratty as you would expect in a rat rod.
It has complete new floor pans but the rest of the body has plenty
of Bondo. We have had this car for more than 6 years and it has
never let us down.
