Vehicle Description
1940 Ford standard 2 door sedan. This car was modified to resemble
to look of an early 1950's hot rod from southern California. It
runs a 1949-1953 flathead with a rebuilt carburetor and a stock
1940 ford column shift transmission and rear end. The master
cylinder and all 4 wheel cylinders were recently rebuilt and work
nicely. It has stock exhaust manifolds with dual glass pack
mufflers. It has 15inch steel wheels, with original Oldsmobile
wheel covers and big and little white wall tires. New chrome
headlight bezels and grill trim. The Body is in overall good
condition. Body panels are straight with good gaps. The only
noticeable body work is the rear pan under the trunk (home made
job) and the tool tray and spare tire well. The floor is nice with
some minor repair work done years ago. The chassis is extremely
nice with no rust. Interior is minimal could be used as is or
install a new interior, options are endless. Headlights and
taillights work along with most of the gauges. There are a few
boxes of parts in the trunk that are included with the sale of the
car. This car runs and drives but would give it a once over before
hitting the freeway. Have a current title. Please Note The
