Vehicle Description
Total show quality build from underneath to the top. Only 1,400
miles since built. It certainly won't get lost in a crowd, it is an
eye popper!
MOTOR COMPARTMENT: It has a GM crate 350-300 hp motor upgraded with
Edelbrock intake and carb, HEI ignition and coated headers. Motor
compartment is fully decked out with polished parts. Has billet
serpentine pulley system. Has nice hood latch system, billet
hinges. Firewall is gloss body color. Has a vintage heat and air
conditioning system. A Griffin aluminum radiator with dual electric
fans keep the engine cool.
UNDERSIDE: It is restored to meticulous show condition. It is
painted a smooth glossy finish and the components are polished. Has
a custom fabricated boxed frame. Up front has independent
suspension with tubular control arms and coil over shocks. Has
Flaming River steering. Has turbo 350 trans, painted driveshaft
with safety loop. In back there is a Ford 9 inch rear, 4 link
suspension with coil over shocks. Has a stainless exhaust. There
are disc brakes at all 4 corners. I'm impressed with all the
extras- stainless braided brake hose and fuel lines, polished
calipers, every part is stainless, chromed or painted gloss. The
care that went into the installation, the lines are bent so neatly,
exhaust is installed so cleanly etc. The rear license plate flips
down when the car is on, there are accessible battery terminals and
it even has pink neon lights.
EXTERIOR: To say the least it has an outstanding paint job: House
of Colors Hot Pink Pearl with ghost graphics. Smooth body with no
trim or handles. Has remote poppers for the suicide doors, electric
lift trunk and flush mounted turn signal/brake lights. New tinted
glass. Has reproduction chrome grill. Staggered size polished
Budnick wheels, 14 inch in front, 15s in back.
INTERIOR: Very cleanly done. 2 comfortable bucket seats, polished
tilt column and wheel, overhead console/stereo. Very clean dash
with digital gauges, hidden controls and vents. Has Lokar floor
shifter. Trunk is upholstered to match.
No that I've looked closely at this car, Wow it's nice. I bet you
could spend $100,000 duplicating this car. It is obvious the
builder was thoughtful and meticulous with everything too. It will
get everyone's attention, I don't think another hot pink Willys
will ever be parked next to you! It's a great driver too, reliable
and fun.
