1963 Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk. First time offered, only 66K
actual miles. We sell 2-3 of these hawks/year and we only handle
the good ones. This Black Beauty is the best we've seen out of 20+
we've sold the last few years. Only 2 fussy owners and last owner
owned it 25+ years. Second fussy owner got to be in his 80's and
had to unfortunately sell. Recent correct show Black Beauty finish.
Done in base coat/clear coat for that sweet shinny look. Totally
straight body and stainless. Shows no rust anywhere, pinch wells,
floors, frame, trunk or body mounts. Totally dry, looks like a
frame-off but did not need to be. Lifelong Kentucky garaged,
maintained, pampered surviver. Never in salt belt especially with
only 66K documented actual miles. Low miles are even on her
Kentucky title (most old classics show miles exempt). Both bumpers
are new as well as emblems and headlight and tail light bezels,
simply stunning. Also weather stripping is new after refinish.
Interior is also outstanding, dash, full gauges and gauge glass,
chrome and stainless inside and steering wheel all look new.
Factory tach and speedometer all work. All interior lights and even
glove box lights all work. Stock buckets and console all redone in
very attractive black/red. Carpet, door panels and even red
headliner and visors are new. Stock clean 259 V8/2 BL and is so
clean and nice we have not even detailed. Brand new dual exhaust
and sounds just right. Very rare find with power steering and power
brakes (so easy for anyone to cruise with). Like new radials 15",
we are willing to trade out for more correct 1" white sidewalls. We
also have owner's manuals and misc receipts. I keep thinking of
putting him/her in my personal collection, but my other orphans
don't get driven so this would be a total shame to keep off the
streets and in a stupid garage. She needs to be shown off and
