1966 Ford Mustang Convertible / Factory Triple Black & PONY
Interior Package The gleaming black paint on this Mustang
convertible is its factory color. In 1966, over 56000 Mustang
convertibles were produced yet only a small group were made in
Raven Black. This is one of them! To add to the special touch of
this car, is the Luxury or PONY Interior Package. A special
combination! This "C" code Mustang still has its original 289ci
engine that runs and drives better than new. It should! A binder
with nearly $10,000 in recent receipts include an engine and
transmission rebuild, new front end, Vintage air and much more
accompany the sale. The body is rust free and super straight with
no evidence of and body damage ever. All body panels are original.
The paint shines beautifully and has no dings or dents anywhere.
All chrome and trim are in excellent condition. The power top is as
good as new and works perfectly. The 5 cluster dash panel is very
clear and all gauges work as intended. The interior has a slight
look of patina but looks far better than its 52 years of age. The
Pony seats are in excellent original condition with no tares at
all. The boot is in great condition. It can get a bit stiff when
the weather chills as it has on Long Island NY in late October. We
chose not to attempt stretching it out on this 48 degree day. As
part of the Pony interior package, comes the special Pony seats and
the wood wheel which is in like new condition. This very special
