I live in Illinois at this time. My long term owned Arizona truck is ready for a new home. I bought it over 25 years ago from the first family that owned it in California. It spend 20 years in Phoenix with me.
The 1963 is last year of the wrap around windshield and only year of the round headlight rings. I located a new in box OEM chrome grill and headlight rings a few years ago.
It has a 383 stroker with roller cam set up for torque. It has Holley fuel injection. Followed by a 700R4 transmission and 3.42 posi 12 bolt rear end. It has power steering and 4 wheel disc brakes. The rear disc brakes were made from the 1978 Eldorado.
The paint is Saddle Tan Metallic with the super glamour urethane clear coat (looks like Champagne).
Interior is a chocolate brown/tan combination. The dash metal is original, never been cut. Same with the doors, no speaker holes.
Two set of tires/wheels. One set is chrome 18" wheels with good tires. The other is GM rally wheels with chrome rings and new Pirelli Scorpion tires.
I made the Oak wood bed by planing some seasoned wood planks to size and routing the grooves to secure the polished stainless bed rails. I used a Red Oak stain covered by urethane. This truck has not been rained on since being built 20 years ago. It is capable and comfortable to drive coast to coast.
