introduced to fill the gap left when Porsche stopped offering the
356. Designed to look like the 911 in most ways, the 912 was
offered with a 4-cylinder engine versus the 6-cylinder found in the
911. This 912 has been modified and now houses a 911 6-cylinder
mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The car had been in
long-term storage for the past few years and was recently serviced
by a local shop specializing in Porsche. The current owner has
owned the car since 1998 and has provided service and maintenance
records dating back several years. Overall this is a solid car, in
good running condition, needing only a few minor touches and
