The previous owner said he replaced the original carburetor and the air cleaner with a larger carburetor and like air cleaner for more power which was to his liking. Thank goodness he kept them and I was able to purchase the car with the original carburetor and with the air cleaner. In original condition when I bought her except for the exterior paint color. While the paint job is amazing it's not perfect and she does have some hard to find imperfections and minor bubbles here and there on the hood. The chrome is original and is obviously (as you can see) in great shape!

She also has a unique option which is "factory A/C". The unit has been tested and while it's not working it may just need a recharge to run and blow cold. While she looks like a show car and could easily win more than her share of trophies at car shows. She is not a trailer queen and with her 413 Wedge V8 engine she is meant to be driven and enjoyed. This motor car is in excellent condition especially for being 58 years old. But, I'm not only a car guy but I'm a perfectionist as well. So, after I got her home I fixed, tweaked, polished, replaced anything that I felt wasn't perfect! I replaced the rear view mirror which was cracked. I had her tuned up, checked the brakes which are tight and don't pull.

All the trim is there including the eyebrow insert shields which are located over each headlight that are always missing! The headliner is good and dash is in nice shape. The interior is original with the Chrysler crown logo throughout the seats and doors. I spent 20 hours cleaning the interior to take it from poor to very good. There are minor imperfections in the seats not noticeable in any of the photos or close ups which for the average car guy wouldn't matter at all. But, for me "an anal car guy" like me there are some minor stretches or pulls of material here and there which again are not very noticeable unless you are inches away with only 1 minor small tear in the driver's seat. I bought a repair kit but decided not to try this particular repair because I'm not an interior repair specialist. So, I'll leave that for the new owner if they even elect to bother with something that most consider minor. The doors are straight and shut smoothly. The radial whitewall tires look like new and all work has been within the past year. I also added very unique exhaust tips with a red jewel build in to each exhaust tip.

The eye grabbing red paint job makes her a more valuable and rare of the few 60 Imperials left on earth. She drives strong and you could steer her with your pinky. The radio doesn't work but all the parts are there and it's in good condition which is also rare. The emergency brake works fine as does the brake release. The Torque-Flite push button transmission works perfectly! She shifts very smoothly. All photos taken on 10/5/2018. If you are interested in inspecting her or test driving her just call or email me. You are welcomed to make an appointment to see/drive her and you won't be disappointed. I am the private owner of this rare find and I will be happy to accommodate anyone needing to ship anywhere in the U.S. You book the transport and I will have her ready to go once payment has been made in full. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
