You are looking at a restored Jaguar XKSS Replica that is registered as a 1969 Jaguar Sport. This ground up restoration was completed in 2012 and is 1 of 12 built by Revival Motorsports in Britain which are believed to hold their standards high to achieve a level of quality to mimic the original D-Type race car. The original D-Type had and 3.4 Liter engine but this replica currently has been fitted with a 4.2 Liter inline 6 engine that is fully balanced and equipped with a forged crankshaft, light weight steel connecting rods, forged compression pistons and is meshed to a new 5-speed manual Tremec transmission. Other features under the hood include a triple Webber 450DCOE carburetors, and twin overhead cams and is claimed to make 300 bhp @5750 RPM and 250 LBSFT torque @4000 RPM. Other specifications are 0-60 in 6 seconds, 0-100 in 13 seconds, and a top speed of 150 miles per hour. The Black vinyl interior is very minimal and sport oriented. It features 2 seats that sit down low into the body, right hand steering wheel made of aluminum and wood, and a emergency brake handle located next to the shifter. The dash is simple and clean with 1 large Speedometer and Tachometer, and 3 smaller gauges indicated water temperature, oil, and fuel. The exterior body is made of Kevlar by Realm Engineering and is painted in its proper British racing Green. This XKSS sits on a full tubular steel chassis and has an independent rear suspension sourced from a Jaguar E-Type which gives it a handling advantage over the original beam axle.
