Vehicle Description
1938 Lincoln Zephyr 4-door sedan V12. Awesome surviver from day
one. Only 63K actual miles, stock smooth running V12 flathead. Just
out of serious 19 car estate and we bought the best 4. Same owner
since 1968 and joined Zephyr club same year. 9 year old outstanding
refinish done in great looking base coat/clear coat. Very
attractive medium tan/darker tan trim and reddish pinstripes.
Totally solid top and bottom. Rock solid running boards, new front
one-piece windshield. New front and rear headlights and tail light
bezels. Straight. Stock cool big skirts, great looks. Looks like
one of the fast trains in old Superman movies. Smooth shifting
3-speed, note the cool (way unusual stock shifter location).
Detailed motor. Expensive real Firestone raised white sidewalls
(not just added on white sidewalls). Note different look front vent
windows. Stock hubcaps. Note full size spare. Maybe run a smaller
spare for more trunk room although back is big. Wild, cool dash.
Note dual left and right glove boxes, instrument panel, clock. Dual
ash trays, banjo steering wheel, lights and horn work, huge stock
horns under hood. Full gauge package. Overall excellent mechanics.
Always garaged and pampered since new, only 2 owners. Interior all
new when refinished, even headliner, carpet, visors and door panels
all new. Very fun to drive, goes wherever you like. Took to dinner
the other day and nobody wanted to go into the restaurant. People
have to ask "what is that?". The smooth and unusual lines sets her
apart no matter where you go. #2 book = $35,300, #1 $49,500, easy
#3 $22,200. Priced to sell and make a lucky person put a smile on
their face every time you go out. Appreciating nicely, great value
