Chevrolet has always been an extremely popular make since its very beginnings in 1913. Over the years of its existence Chevrolet has created some of the most iconic American cars of all time including the Corvette and Camaro. Throughout the 1950's, General Motors designed beautiful cars and every year of that decade they became more outrageous as it approached the end, but in 1958 General Motors really hit the nail on the head for its new Chevrolet design.
Offered here is an incredibly perfect example of a 1958 Chevrolet Impala. Not only is the restoration near perfect with an AACA trophy and badge to prove it, but the car itself is outstanding. This is no average 1958 Impala, this is a big block 348 cubic inch engine with triple carburetors and a 3 speed manual transmission. All from the factory and all original to this car. It was treated to a body off restoration and almost every detail is as it was when it left the factory in 1958 down to the red primer colored floors. The underside is as nice as the outside of the car and mechanically it runs and drives like new. Overall the car is fantastic. If you are looking for a special Chevrolet, it doesn't get any better than this. Being a black coupe with the blue and black interior paired with the matching numbers big block engine, triple carburetors and manual transmission makes this very special and remarkably cool.
