I am selling my restored 1964 Ford Thunderbird. This is a collectors car that is in pristine condition. I will show the car in any weather, but not let it be taken out and driven in the rain or snow. Note, only serious buyers please.
The vehicle is clean from tires to top and the pictures do not do it justice. The t-bird has less than 70K miles on the odometer, original interior with new carpet and updated quartz clock, the 390 V8 4V engine has been rebuilt, power brakes, power steering, AM radio, power windows, retro battery with gel packs, repainted with the original Chantilly Beige color and comes with the Thunderbird Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. All four rims are custom spoke wheels and all tires including the spare in the trunk are beautiful white walls. The car even has a movable steering column.
Prior to me purchasing the car in 2016, the t-bird was owned by one family since its dealer purchase in 1963. Since its restoration in 2008 by Randy Sargent, Sargent's Auto Rebuild, the car has not been in the rain nor washed. I have only driven it 12 times in two years and when not driving it, it is under a car cover in my garage. I did show it at a car show once and won best hard top.
I have lots of articles, original paperwork, wire and shop manuals, pictures, etc. including the original purchase dealer invoice from 1963.
