air-cooled beauty. This 1980 Porsche 911SC shows only just over 49k
miles. Originally purchased new by a doctor in Portland, Oregon and
then with its second owner in Montana for 17 years. Power comes
from a 3.0L flat-six backed by a 915 5-speed manual transaxle, and
the vehicle is said to be unmodified apart from a wood shift knob
and an aftermarket pop-off valve installed by the previous owner.
Servicing completed last year by the pervious owner included new
injectors, seals, spark plugs, valve cover gasket, and a valve
adjustment. This 911SC is being offered for sale with a stamped
service booklet through 30k miles and a clean Montana title in the
seller's name. The Fuchs wheel have been recently painted. The
finish looks original with no body repairs noted. The black window
trim exhibit some fading, and two small tears in the targa top.
Inside, black vinyl seats show some light creasing on the
driver-side. Floor mats protect the carpet underneath. Additional
undercarriage photos are coming. Stampings in the maintenance
booklet include a 1k mile service in 1980 and a 30k mile service in
1991. Per the seller, the car was driven around 12k miles and
received regular oil changes and valve adjustments during its 17
