Vehicle Description
This 1978 Dodge D100 Short Box Pickup came out of Tennessee and was
purchased by a local Machine Shop Owner as a Restoration Project
for him and his guys when they had time. The restoration is
excellent and the truck runs and drives great!! Very cool Restomod
type of truck. The body on this truck is clean and solid. They
added new floor pans, but other than that the metal looks original.
The body is straight and the paint is straight and glossy. Looks
Excellent. There is also a new BedLiner by Rhino-Line. Interior is
also very nice with new carpet and seat. All of the lights,
blinkers, gauges, and wipers are working.
The engine is a very nice 360 V8 that was all rebuilt. It has Flat
Top Pistons, nice little cam, aluminum intake, edelbrock carb, HEI
ignition, ceramic coated headers and dual exhaust. The engine has
lots of power and runs awesome. It also sounds great! This truck
also has Power Steering and Power Front Disc Brakes. The
transmission was also rebuilt and it is a 727 Automatic...it shifts
great. New Brakes all the way around, new shocks, and the truck is
lowered around 3-4 Inches with lowering springs and they did a
really nice job. It rides very nice for a lowered vehicle.
