1966 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray Roadster - Original engine
numbers matching - Trophy Blue exterior - Dark Blue Interior. This
color option was only available in 1966 and only 1320 examples were
produced by Chevrolet. Trim code plates all correct and original.
This Corvette was assembled at the St. Louis plant and delivered
directly to the Chevrolet Central Office in Michigan as an
executive, test or employee purchase car in early 1966 (Dealer Code
500; Zone 0). This Corvette is nicely opted with: Power Steering,
Power Brakes, AM/FM Radio, Wood Teak steering wheel (one of the
nicest I've seen), Tinted Windshield, Auxiliary Hardtop - 327/350
hp (option L79), 4 speed, M21 Muncie (numbers match), 3.70 Posi
Traction rear end. This car was awarded NCRS Top Flight at the July
2017 San Antonio National (97.2% see grade sheet photo); this car
was also awarded an NCRS Top Flight Regional October 2016.
