An Exceptionally Nice Mustang!
This is clearly one of the nicest Mustangs we have had for sale in the past decade! The paint is great, the interior is exceptional, mechanically it appears flawless and it drives correctly.
This Mustang is finished in Tahoe Turquoise and the paint looks great.
The chrome trim is in excellent condition, and all of the windows are in very good condition and operate correctly.
As would be expected with such a top-quality car, the body and underside of the car appear free of any apparent rust issues.
The turquoise vinyl interior upholstery is in excellent condition with no signs of fading, staining, splitting or tears, and is an excellent complement to the Tahoe Turquoise exterior.
The dash pad is in excellent condition with the exception of one area near the glovebox (see picture). All of the engine/systems monitoring gauges (temperature, amp, fuel and oil pressure) appear to be working properly. Similarly, the speedometer works, as does the safety equipment (lights, horn, wipers, seat belts, etc.).
The car’s 289 V-8 engine is strong and peppy. The engine starts right up and runs well, providing all the thrill that these “pony” coupes are famous for.
The three-speed automatic transmission operates smoothly, making driving in traffic a breeze.
The car’s brakes—front disc, rear drum--stop the car quickly without pulling to either side. The wheels are the original GT style and are mounted with BF Goodrich radial tires that have most of their tread remaining.
Power steering helps turn this Pony car into a vehicle that any enthusiast will enjoy. The air conditioning turns any hot, sultry day (or night) into a pleasant drive.
