Presented here is nothing short of a very high level restored
classic car that's ready for driving, and showing at most any car
show venue you might care to drive it, or trailer it to.
The Ford Fordor convertible is fairly rare by today's standards as
far as early classic cars go, but to find one that's been restored
to such a high level, that all you need to do is open the doors so
your guests can ease in, and drive away to your favorite dinner
spot, take a ride in the country, or make a day of a classic car
show, well, that can be difficult to find anywhere, let alone to
find a classic with this much class!
The Ford is so nicely restored that every time you approach it, or
get in it, you will find a piece of quality workmanship you didn't
notice before. It's really that nice!
This Convertible starts, runs and drives very nicely too. And with
the 2 speed Columbia differential, operated by a switch on the
dash, you can roll down the highway at a more rapid, comfortable
speed.
The paint is beautiful, deep and quality. The Cordoba Gray gives
this convertible a very deserved additional touch of class, add to
this the deep taupe interior, and fine metallic painted surfaces
such as the dash and door trim and you have a classic car that
literally everyone will be impressed with. The red Kelsey-Hayes
spoke wheels allow the red pinstripe to “pop” and , of
course, the wide white wall tires finish off the classic look
of this magnificent sedan convertible.
The flat-head V8 will fire right up, and run as smooth as the
painted surface of this convertible, and the transmission shifts as
well as I could imagine it did driving away from the Ford
dealership brand new in 1935. Again, what you see here is an
excellent example of a unique, if not rare original 1935 Ford 4
door convertible. It's beautifully restored everywhere you look,
and ready to show and drive whenever you are!
