This deluxe, Rally Sport Camaro has been in my family approximately 45 years. It was originally purchased at Chevrolet Pollard-Ravenscroft Co. in Van Nuys, Calif on June 22, 1968. This gorgeous 2-door coupe comes with the original owner's receipt from 1968, original owner's manual, and original owner's warranty.
My father bought the car from the original owner in the late 1960s or early 70s. The grip bar handle above the glove compartment was perfect for my mom to hold on to while he drove. =) A custom cassette player was added when I acquired the Camaro from my father in 1990. I have the original radio (included with purchase) which can easily be reinstalled.
The car has been well cared for its entire life. We always keep it in a garage under a fitted car cover (also included with purchase). The headliner has a small tear along the seam near the rear right-hand corner. There is also a small tear on the lower left side of the driver's bucket seat.
The original, unrestored 327 V8, 210 HP engine with power-glide 2 speed transmission is very powerful and runs well. Heads always turn whenever we go for a drive. Here's an opportunity to own a true classic Camaro that will be widely admired by onlookers whenever you take it out for a spin!
