VERY RARE CAR 1987 Jaguar XJ12 Sovereign, Series III
One owner meticulously maintained and cared for. The Sorvereign Series III, 12 Cylinder sedan was never sold in the USA. This car was built by Jaguar Cars LTD for the European market and was tuned and set up to run at high speeds on the German Autobahn. Only the 6 Cylinder Vander Plas was Series III sold in the US. In 1987, this car was purchased new in Germany by its current owner at Dieter Wallhausr GMCH in Seigen Germany. Import and customs paper work are available.
Overall this car is in superb condition. The car has always been garage kept and very meticulously maintained. The car has never seen snow or salt. The car doesn’t stay outside or get driven in the rain. The blue/silver paint (Jaguar’s Tungsten) is all original and in amazing show room condition. Inside you will find very deep blue leather seats with no issues at all, still very soft and supple. The dash and wood grain is in excellent condition.
Mechanically the car is everything you would desire from a Jag. The tires are new; brakes are fresh, never any rust or issues. The car was just PA inspected. 08/19 sticker. As you would expect, the car runs smooth as silk, very strong and reliable. Steers, handles and stops perfectly as well!
