here! 1954 Mercury Monterey Background: After World War II, many
manufacturers were reestablishing their identity, and Ford was not
different with the decision to combine their mid-luxury line
Mercury and upscale Lincoln brands becoming one division in 1945.
The Mercury marque went from a sophisticated and well-appointed
Ford, to a market sensation by 1949 distinctly separating itself
from Ford and Lincoln. Fast forward to 1954 and you will see the
first year introduction of the Overhead Valve V8 replacing the
flathead forever. That same year, Mercury rolled out a special
Hardtop model in their upscale Monterey body called the Sun Valley.
It featured a unique Plexiglas roof and attractive body trim, with
a host of available options making it the most expensive model they
offered next to the convertible. Only 9,761 were produced, and
finding one in this condition presents a wonderful opportunity to
Mercury collectors everywhere! 1954 Mercury Monterey Info: We are

2-door Hardtop finished in factory code correct Bloomfield Green &
Parkland Green two tone exterior over green & white vinyl interior!
