This beauty spells "Terrific Fun." The MG TF is the last of MG's
long running T-series, which dates back to the era before World War
II. It is also regarded on the best looking of the Ts with its
headlights incorporated in a lovely sweeping fender line. The TF is
also reputed to be the best handling of the series.
This little beauty has been restored within the past 10 years. So
it is in good condition. The current owner says he has driven it
less than 100 miles since 2005 and it is always garaged.
What sets this MG apart is it's unique color called Almond Green
and is a metallic paint referred to as "MetalliChrome". This is
definitely not the darker green sometimes called British Racing
Green. The interior is tan (biscuit) leather and the cloth top and
tonneau cover are also tan. Of course the seats are bucket seats.
There is a luggage rack if you plan on taking a longer trip.
The 1250 cc 4-cylinder engine has the correct twin SU carburetors
and 4-speed MG gearbox. The engine generates 54 h.p. This car
features wire wheels.
This is the perfect car for someone who remembers the fun of owning
a British sports car in the 1950s.
