Vehicle Description
This 1962 Austin-Healey 3000 MK II BT7 convertible is in good
condition both inside and out, and has 98,689 original miles. It
was the recipient of a complete mechanical restoration done in
Britain in 2010, and has been well-maintained over the years. It is
finished in red over a black interior and is powered by a 177ci
6-cylinder engine with three Weber carburetors, mated to a 5-speed
manual transmission. This Austin-Healey comes equipped with a
convertible soft-top, removable hardtop, tonneau cover, chrome wire
knock-off wheels, overdrive transmission and an adjustable steering
column. All the chrome and trim on the car has been restored and
shows well. The trunk compartment is correct and still has its
spare and jack. This car is documented with its factory Heritage
Certificate showing that it originally came from Los Angeles, and
documenting its factory options.
