This tastefully modified 1967 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 4x4 is an
icon in the classic truck market. They are well known for being
built extremely well and designed to outlast the test of time. This
example is an awesome example of the best FJ40s can be.
This FJ is the result of a labor of love project started by an
enthusiast 10 years ago. Now finished, it is the real deal. The
motor was replaced with a beefy Ford 302 V8 bored .30 over and
mated to 4-speed NP435 gearbox with dual exhaust. Other noteworthy
features include Toyota Axles, Leaf Spring Suspension, Full
Aluminum Tub, S10/Blazer Power Steering, Recently Repainted in
Olive Green, Full Aluminum Tub, Spare Tire on custom rear bumper,
Aftermarket front and rear fog lights, Nicely finished dash that is
painted the same color as the outside, Padded Roll Cage,
Aftermarket 'Lecarra' Steering Wheel, and Modern bucket seats in
front and forward facing modern bench seat in the rear, and Roof
Rack.
This rugged rig was built with no expense spared and ready to
tackle anything mother nature throws its way. It is highly capable
vehicle and one you'd bet your life on in the pending apocalypse.
