Rotisserie restored to high end show condition. Real Demon, born
Plum Crazy Purple. Has a binder full of restoration documentation

EXTERIOR: $20,000 receipt for the body and paint. It was flipped
upside down and the entire car was painted a slick, glossy Purple.
It is a genuine FC7 Plum Crazy car but the finish never looked this
good in 1971. Body is laser straight, panels fit nice, doors shut
like a new car. I walked around the car and did not see a flaw. No
cracks, chips, bubbles or scratches. Door jambs are slick and
detailed. New weatherstrips and fuzzy window seals. Upfront the
grill looks new, show quality chrome bumper. Trim at the front of
the hood is polished, new emblem, new chrome on hood scoops, new
hood pins. Stainless trim around the windows and rain gutters is
polished. Windshield and gasket has been replaced. New chrome sport
mirrors and door handles. Has the matte black stripes down each
side and cool demon decals on the fenders. In back the tail panel
is blacked out, has spoiler, show chrome on the bumper and correct
exhaust tips. New Rallye wheels- 15x7 in front, 15x8 in back with
BFG tires.
INTERIOR: Completely restored inside. Premium Legendary upholstery
and cushions, seats ares tight as a drum. Door panels, armrests,
headliner, dash pad, carpet, rear deck were replaced. Entire
instrument panel has been restored- bright chrome bezels, rebuilt
speedometer, new lenses, glovebox liner and white face gauges. Has
stock radio, no holes cut. Also has a cushion grip steering wheel
in excellent shape.
MOTOR COMPARTMENT: The 340 was professionally built by Hensley
Racing. Has complete list of specific specs. Produces a very
impressive 493 hp and 475 lbs of torque! Has steel crank, Ross
domed pistons, roller lifters, Demon 750 carb, ported heads, large
valves, roller timing chain Edelbrock intake, MSD ignition with
billet distributor, 1 5/8 inch step headers. Aluminum water pump,
polished aluminum radiator with dual electric fans keep it running
cool. Engine bay and bottom of hood is painted beautiful glossy
purple, has cadium bolts. Every component is restored or
replaced.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean metal that has been painted glossy Plum
Crazy. Detailed latches and misc. New trunk mat and
weatherstrip.
UNDERSIDE: Wow, it was on a rotisserie. The floors, frame rails are
pristine metal and painted glossy Plum Crazy. Front end is
completely rebuilt, has disc brakes. Oversized oil pan. Rebuilt
rear end with 30 spline axles, new leaf springs and shocks.
Everything was replaced- gas tank, fuel and brake lines,
driveshaft, emergency brake cables and more. Rebuilt 4-speed with
Super Street Pro clutch. Has a 2.5 inch exhaust with chrome
tips.
This is a hot car, everything about it is cool. The color is
attractive, quality can be appreciated, 493 hp motor with a 4-speed
can be a lot of fun!
