1948 Tourette Trailer Camper, made by Universal Trailers and Manufacturing Corp, in Independence, MO. Research shows this company made plane parts for World War II, and this was built using the same aluminum metal and riveted to airplane specifications.
This is 5′ wide and 10′ long, has sleeping for 2, sleeping area is 6′ 3″ long and 5′ wide, the sleeping area also has built in cabinets. There is a door on each side with opening windows for ventilation, the door latches work well and the windows open and close with ease. The back opens for a kitchenette, has a ice box that will hold a block of ice, (there is a built in drain to the water), there is also storage area, including storage drawers, and cabinets. The Coleman cooking stove, Coleman cooking pot (this is NOS), and Coleman Lantern in included.
This is an original camper that has been in storage for years, has all original aluminum metal, hitch and stand. It has a factory serial number and a correct clear Kansas title.
