Vehicle Description
One of less than 4,000 Jaguar Mark IX Saloons produced in 1959 with
a three-year overall production run from 1959-1961, this sedan is
powered by a 3.8-liter Straight-6 engine and a 3-speed automatic
transmission. It has 52,000 original miles (title reads mileage
exempt) and is equipped with rear-wheel drive, 4-wheel disc brakes
and power steering. This particular example was a U.S. import and
comes with all its manuals and paperwork since new. It still has
the original factory interior. It has a rebuilt transmission,
cylinder head, the valves were decarbonized and reseated, and the
power steering was rebuilt in addition to regular service.
