Vehicle Description
STK 2478 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass Conv 4-4-2 Tribute
Creating a correct 'Tribute' model takes time, patience and
attention to detail. Our fully restored 1971 Olds Cutlass
convertible is a classic example of how to build a 'Tribute' 4-4-2.
The frame-off restoration included a bare metal strip, frame
restoration, some new body panels and new bumpers. Matador Red is
the perfect color, fit and finish is exceptional and the 4-4-2
badging is factory correct. The white power convertible top is in
excellent condition and 14" Olds rally wheels with Cooper radials
are perfect accents. The restored (2015) white vinyl interior looks
every bit as good as the original. Features include: A/C, Hurst
Dual-Gate shifter, tilt wheel, tinted windows and 100 Amp AM/FM
stereo w/Bluetooth. Horsepower comes from a rebuilt (2016) 350ci
Olds with 10.1 compression, SpeedPro pistons, refreshed 7A heads,
Erson cam and roller rockers. An Edelbrock Performer intake mounts
a Quick Fuel 750cfm Slayer carb and fire is furnished by an MSD
ignition. Power is delivered to a new 200R4 Stage 2 automatic with
new torque converter from Art Carr Transmissions in California. It
feeds a 10-bolt limited-slip differential with 3.42:1 gearing.
Suspension features/upgrades include power steering, power
disc/drum brakes, Wilwood front calipers, braided lines, new
master/booster, Moog springs/shocks and HD sway bars. A new
Champion aluminum radiator and fuel tank have also been installed.
There is a lot more, but this Olds needs to be seen to be
appreciated. This distinctive 4-4-2 Tribute is a great investment
and a special driving experience. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
