The Phillips Berlina is a neo-classic car built at the Phillips Motor Car Company in Pampano Beach Florida. It is a replica of a 1936 Mercedes 540K Roadster. This 1981 Berlina Coupe is number 078 in a production run of 180 cars. It was completed in June of 1981 using a brand new Corvette as a “doner” car. This Berlina Coupe was manufactured for Cooper’s Corvette Center of Knoxville, a Berlina dealer. Cooper’s sold 25 of the Berlinas during their 3 year run (1980-1982). The Berlina Coupe was designed and built by Walt Phillips and it bears his name. The original retail price in 1981 was $44,995.

I do marketing consignments for customers who don't have time to set up ads for their vehicle or don't use the internet. I charge a flat fee up front and do not collect any consignment fees when the vehicle sells. I am not a dealer. The vehicle remains in the owner's possession. I handle inquiries. When the potential buyer becomes serious, I put them in touch with the owner who can answer specific questions about the vehicle.
