1980 PONTIAC TRANS AM CAR WAS NY INSPECTED MID LAST YEAR Mechanical
This TRANS AM is in great driving shape. Rebuilt early 70s PONTIAC
V8 5.7L 350 with RAIV cam, BBC studs, new valves, etc. Motor is
painted nicely with many new parts. Motor runs well, revs high. Cam
and carb are probably to big for easy cruising around town, very
powerful. Manual choke Holley carb Oil pressure 60-70 when cold and
50ish when warm Tranny is a 4 speed SAGINAW with new clutch,
pressure plate Rear is a 4:10 posi Newer brakes New rear shocks,
leaf springs, bushings New tires - rims are pretty nice Temperature
steady at 170-180 Power steering, power brakes, disk on the front
and drums in the back Needs manual choke cable installed. Car would
make a nice cruiser - not a show car at this point. Exterior
Original black car with red interior. Car was painted current color
a few years ago and still looks presentable. Some bubbling on lower
rear quarters nothing big, some imperfection on the right fender
lower rear (see picts) floor pans were patched (see picts) Interior
The Interior is a mix of red and black Dash temp, oil pressure
gauges aren't hooked up - new gauges are installed under the dash.
Radio speakers need hooked up - wires are under carpet Overall
complete and presentable interior Please Note The Following
