Post-World War II automobiles were mostly carry-over designs from
the pre-war era for the first few years of production. Ford Motor
Company did not do major design changes until 1949. It was then
that Ford offered new designs with simple clean lines and a bullet
nose grill.This is an excellent 1950 Ford Custom with only 24,000
original miles. Exterior is Vermillion red and the paint is
excellent. All chrome is original and presents very well.Interior
is a two-tone gray interior that is original and still has the seat
covers. All interior components are in excellent condition. All
gauges and speedometer are in good working condition.Engine the
original L-head 6-cylinder engine with 95 hp and paired with the
original manual transmission and overdrive. The carburetor has been
rebuilt, fuel pump is new, all hoses are new, and the generator has
been rebuilt with a new voltage regulator.Other features are new
brakes and wheel cylinders and a new gas tank. The spare tire is
original.This 1950 Ford Custom is a rare find as it still retains
its originality and runs and drives with excellent performance. Car
