For Sale: 1970 Ford Falcon in Grand Rapids, Michigan
(Please note: If you happen to be viewing this vehicle on a website
other than our main website, it's possible that only some of our
many photographs of this car are presented due to website
limitations. To be sure you access all the photographs, please go
to our main website: Garage Kept Motors.)
Garage Kept Motors is pleased to offer this rare and original
1970.5 Ford Falcon. Ford was known for their half-model releases,
particularly with the 1963.5 Galaxie and popular 1964.5 Mustang,
and in 1970, they did it again with the Falcon. In similar rare
production numbers, only 4,300 were made. The car is originally
from the Motor City and also comes with the original build sheet
plus original promotional literature from the half-year release
(see photos). Based on the top to bottom condition, the mileage is
believed to be original as well.
Built on the longer, wider Torino platform, this Falcon is finished
in factory There She Blue (no that's not a joke) paint over a Blue
interior with matching Blue trimmed wheels. The car is powered by
the original 250ci 6-Cylinder engine that was rebuilt with three
weber carbs and Offenhauser intake. It has a C4 Automatic
transmission, column-shifted. It has had new brakes, new wheel
cylinders, and new tires recently installed. The car fires on
command, runs well, and cruises effortlessly down the road. You
will be hard pressed to find another 1970.5 Falcon this clean with
low miles and a build sheet. Be sure to check out all the photos
and video on our main website: Garage Kept Motors. Call if
interested or e-mail with any questions. Thank you for looking.
