GR Auto Gallery is excited to present this 1976 Triumph Spitfire
1500 for purchase. In the great tradition of British Roadsters, the
Triumph Spitfire is a no non-sense drop top that provides the
classic British open-air motoring experience. The Spitfire's were
never known for their speed however, the Spitfire 1500 was the
higher powered version with greater torque to make it much more
drivable in traffic. These cars are easy to work on with plenty of
parts available making them popular affordable summer cruiser
collector cars today.
This particular car comes to us with what appears to be original
paint and interior. This car has obviously been lovingly maintained
as it is one of the nicest running and driving Spitfires I have had
the pleasure of driving. This car starts on a dime, does not smoke
or leak and is ready to go anywhere. The interior is showing its
age and like I said the paint is original but does not appear to
have any rust. There are some paint chips and imperfections but
overall a great driver quality car.
Gr Auto Gallery, LLC and our sister company, Wheelz Sales and
Leasing Inc. makes every effort to represent each vehicle
accurately and with integrity. We also welcome third party
inspections when necessary. Although we try to do our very best to
be accurate in our description writing we are human and do make
mistakes. Unless otherwise noted, All vehicles are sold AS IS, No
Warranty Expressed or Implied. All sales final.
