Beautiful Sky-blue (inside and out), darker-blue canvas top, blue interior (vinyl, no tears). Immaculately clean and a paint-job that impresses everyone.
100% original. One re-paint in 1998. Believed to be the original color.
This car has not spent a night outdoors, nor seen any rain (or snow) for the past 24 years!!! I have owned it for 12 years, putting on approximately 6,000 miles total....in good weather only!
Power top: darker blue in color and works well, both up and down, fits snugly, fitted boot cover with a Buick emblem.
Miles when current owner purchased: 79,000 (believed original), now 85,220
Transmission: automatic, rebuilt in 2004 (6,000 miles ago) along with the converter
Engine: original V-8 Wildcat 310, aluminum valves. All '64 LeSabre convertibles came with the V-8 Wildcat 310

Glass: good, no cracks, windows are crank and close tightly, top fits snugly…very little noise at highway speeds.
Brakes: new brakes and new brake hoses, 2006 (7,000 miles ago)
Upper Dashboard: padded, no cracks
History: at least 2 owners, sold new in Bismarck, ND. I have owned it since early 2006
Carpet: New in 2006 (front & rear) w/"Buick" embroidered on them
Chrome: "excellent” with front & rear bumpers replaced NEW in 2003
Heating: Radiator and heater coil replaced new in 2004.
Mirrors: night-vision rearview mirror, and driver-side mirror
Tires: new radial white-wall tires and shocks (Monroe) were all installed new in 2005 and have less than 9,000 miles on them.
Oil usage: Car does not burn oil and does not leak any fluids
Color: Picture the sky when it's the brightest BLUE. That's the color of this car.
Rust: none apparent. Right rear quarter-panel does have some bonding from 2006 but is not at all apparent.

I purchased and drove the car from Bismarck, N.D. to Peoria non-stop (940 miles) totally trouble-free – at highway speeds and got 20 m.p.g. Halfway home, my wife commented, “this car rides smoother and quieter than the new Avis Rent-a-car we rented going to get the car!”.
Maintained well. Oil changed regularly. U-joints replaced with new ones, 2010.
Battery is currently 1 year old, well charged.
Turn signals’ mechanisms were replaced & cleaned in 2015
Horn was repaired in 2015, works great.
All lights work well, including brights/dims and rear license-plate light.
Trunk fits tightly & does not leak at all, but rubber trunk liner needs replaced and a correct, brand new, “new-in-the-box” liner is included with the sale.
The original options and prices are listed in the included Owner’s Manual. Examples: fuel door lid chrome trim, $2.00 Remote trunk release, $7.00 Side mirror: $4.00
Automatic headlight dimmer, $40 (the most expensive option available in 1964). Power brakes and steering, $22 each.

Not working: clock (might need only a new fuse?) 6-way power seat has full power, but is simply “off the track”, (therefore is now a “4-way power seat” (works great) and will go only up/down and tilt forward/backward). I have full correct instruction manual to fix, and will include.
