Developed in the 1980's off of the original Lander Rover Series
released in 1948, the Defender 110 series has been one of the most
popular and unique trucks that has gained immense popularity in
recent years.
The 110 Pickup version is relatively rare as it was initially
marketed solely as a working vehicle on farms and in some military
applications. As such, some of the modern upgrades that made their
way into the four door 110's were not passed to the Pickup allowing
it to maintain it's original ruggedness and heritage.
This fine example was restored some time ago and now has the
perfect amount of patina. The doors were upgraded with roll up
windows versus it's original slide versions. The engine is a Land
Rover 2.5L Diesel that runs extremely well and strong.
