1956 Mercury Montclair 2dr. Hardtop Very nice body, 312 V8 engine
(freshly rebuilt), 4 bbl. Carb., Automatic transmission (also
freshly rebuilt), power steering and brakes (vacuum booster
rebuilt), runs and drives, very good whitewall tires, has all
chrome and stainless except for front fender emblems. Windshield is
cracked, as are the two door Windows. Rear glass and two side
windows are fine. There is a little rust in the left lower quarter
panel (behind the fender skirt), but it is minimal. The floors,
doors, and trunk are very solid. The bumpers (with optional guards)
are very nice and will straighten and rechrome nicely. This is a
very clean western car in need of the proper additional restoration
