To capitalize on the Beetle's popularity, Volkswagen introduced the
sporty Karmann Ghia at the 1953 Paris Auto Show. With a
rear-mounted 4 cylinder and many of the Beetle's proven
mechanicals, the car was economical and durable. The real
attraction was the style of the bodywork by the Italian outfit,
Ghia, and the renowned coachwork of Karmann. The unique styling
turns heads today. With easy to find parts and a massive community,
these vehicles are growing in popularity every day.

Ghia for your consideration. Finished in what appears to be Willow
Green, this Ghia is in wonderful shape. The body is very nice
overall, with no major dents or dings and excellent chrome trim.
The car rides on steel wheels with beauty dish that look charming.
The car also features dual exhausts and dual mirrors. The black
vinyl interior is very simple and nice, with quality seats, crack
free dash, aftermarket radio, custom steering wheel, and unique
shift knob.
This car has been with its current owner for the last 27 years were
it has been treated to selective restoration as needed. A wonderful
