1976 GMC Sprint Standard model (4th generation) (GMC's version of
the El Camino). Flat black paint without clear coat, painted in
November 2012. It has a 350 engine, 350 transmission, 650 Holley
carburetor (the electric choke does not work on it), new shocks all
around, air shocks in rear, spray in bed liner, custom original
style stereo, new body and motor mounts, new front glass and more.
This is an incredibly rare vehicle. It has factory single round
headlights like the 73-75. In 1976-77 the only model that offered
the single lights was the Standard model. The other models had the
stacked rectangle lights. The standard model also did not come with
all the body trim that the other models did. It's a complete truck
with the GMC badges inside and out. Comes with a extra set of
wheels. What it needs is: front tires, the straight rear bumper
(provided) put on, the hood hinge (provided) put on, the badges
refurbished and to be wet sanded and a clear coat put on the paint.
In march 2018 the transmission started taking longer to shift, two
separate transmission shops said it sounds like it is losing vacuum
or the shift solenoid is most likely the problem. To the best of my
knowledge that is all it needs. It has a clear and clean title.
