Vehicle Description
1920 Ford Model T Depot Hack is a charming example that wears an
older restoration that has taken on a nice and very mild patina
over the years. The basis for this depot hack is the chassis of a
1920 Ford Model T Depot Hack with its simple yet reliable
mechanicals. The wooden body presents in very good condition
throughout, appearing to be restored correctly with good fitting of
the doors and beautiful detailing. This Model T is mechanically
sound, the simple and robust 176 cubic inch L-head engine and
planetary transmission being in good working order. The engine has
been rebuilt and balanced in the 1990s with good hoses, clamps, and
wiring. Engine detailing is average, showing some signs of use but
overall tidy and well-presented. The interior is nice with no rips
or tears on the black leather seating, and all wood has been
treated and looks good. The canvas top is in very nice condition
and the exterior can be fitted and added with a single side-mount
spare that is located in the back. The chassis is clean and painted
satin black, and it rides on matching stained wooden 'artillery'
wheels with all black tires which are in great condition. Overall,
this Model T is a delightful, enjoyable period piece, that is ready
to load up with passengers for runs to the railroad station,
freight depot... or perhaps just your favorite local ice cream
shop. -Vehicle is on consignment and at our clients home -Please
