Vehicle Description
1952 Chevrolet 6400 flatbed tandem. It has been painted by the
previous owner, the drive train has not been touched (except for
the brakes, they have all been rebuilt) so this means there are
some oil leaks. It has a 235 straight 6. The transmission is a 3
speed with a granny gear. Every thing is matching numbers. The rear
axle is a vacuum two speed. It is still 6 volt with vacuum powered
wipers (that work). The rear rear axle is just a tag. The body is
all wood and the clear needs to be redone. It comes with the
stainless strip that goes down the middle of the hood and the
original painted one, a chrome front bumper, siren (use to be a
fire truck), the box for the original box for the vacuum wiper
motor I just put in, the original style brake lights, a brand new
reverse bell and some extra parts. Just put a sending unit in it
for the gas, four new tires out of the eight, windshield wiper
motor, blades, and arms. I don't know the exact mileage (it stoped
counting) but it around 5000. -Vehicle is on consignment and at our
