For Sale: 1970 Chevrolet Corvette in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Vehicle Description

1970 Corvette Stingray. Runs and drives nice, tires are in very good condition.White with red interior, T-tops, Luggage rack, Manual 4-speed, 350/350 hp car with power steering. Original paint code 992 - Laguna Grey, interior code 407 - Red interior. Mileage reads 57,358 (not actual mileage).

1.98 - 2.02 Heads.
Heater core is disconnected.
HEI Distributor, Edelbrock intake, Rochester carburetor.

From Rear:
Bumpers are very straight, no rust - excellent rechromable and appears to have correct fasteners.
Nice spare carrier, lock is missing and damaged on front. Good license recess - rechromable. Exhaust tips and recess bezels are correct and not damaged.
Small repair done on right rear quarter. Rear composite mono leaf with aftermarket lower control arms, aftermarket rear sway bar and rear Bilstien shocks.
Great quarter to door fit on both sides. Very nice T-top fit.

Left door is nice fit, not excellent. Good weatherstrip, closes nice, window rolls up and down well, locks and unlocks. Window fit is good. Top weatherstrip needs replaced. Has original mirror.
Left fender fit is excellent, including wiper door. No visible damage or repair. Factory bonding strips, cowl vent nice. Stainless on wiper door nice and fits very well.
Windshield nice - replacement.
Hood is very nice, no visible damage. Fits excellent with correct hardware.

Chassis is very nice. Floors look excellent. Battery box was repaired (poorly at best), needs redone.
Suspension looks mostly original and untampered with as far as finishes go.
Aftermarket front sway bar. Nice bushings, most of front bushing appear newer.
Front end is exceptional as far as damage and originality.
Bumper is excellent, grills and surrounds are very nice with no damage. Everything appears very complete and unmolested.
Headlamp doors fit excellent.
Right front fender was hit low in front of the tire at some point. Looks fine on the outside but amateur at best inside.
Right door fit is excellent. Weatherstripping is okay. T-top weatherstripping is bad. Door opens and closes nicely. Window goes up and down nicely.
Right quarter fit is excellent, no damage.

Interior:
Door panels are very nice, probably original.
Dash appears original and complete. Cracked by column and column scratched by keys, but nice.
Good Tach, 160 Speedo. Ebrake cover is broken.
Interior is very complete and original, probably 7 out of 10 for condition, very usable.
