Vehicle Description
Offered here is a southern 1966 Mercury Montclair 4-Door Sedan. The
car is originally from Missouri and our client acquired in twelve
years ago, living in Colorado at the time. Built on the Lincoln
Continental platform, this car is the definition of a classic
cruiser. It has some awesome curb appeal and remains rust free.
The car is currently finished in Black Matte paint for that
low-rider look with a brand new interior - carpet, seats, and
headliner. It is powered by the original 390ci V8 motor that was
rebuilt less than 500 miles ago. Other features include a
column-shifted automatic transmission, white wall tires, and lots
of chrome trim. The car runs and drives exceptionally well.
Turn-key and ready for a new home. Our client recently added new
dual exhaust and a hidden switch on the rear driver emblem to open
the door (pretty cool - you can see it in action in the video).
With the Lincoln Continental sedan prices skyrocketing, this
Mercury Montclair offers the same driving experience, minus the
rear suicide doors, at a fraction of the price. It is a super cool
classic that gets attention wherever it goes. Be sure to check out
all the photos and video on our main website: Garage Kept Motors.
