For sale and now available in our DFW Showroom is 1983 Chevrolet El
Camino. What is it? A car? A truck? A car-truck? It's none of the
above. It's Chevrolet's ICONIC El Camino and if you want to get
technical, it is a coupe utility. The El Camino was based on a
two-door station wagon and although it was based on a car line,
it's titled and classified as a truck. The 1982 through the final
1987 El Camino sported a new frontal appearance with a crosshatch
grille flanked by quad rectangular headlights. It is very
recognizable whether car enthusiast or not. This 1983 El Camino has
a rebuilt 327 engine, which is sending 300-hp to the newly
installed 373 positrack rear-end. It also has been converted to a
5-speed manual transmission. It's certainly set up to be driven and
enjoyed. Other options include: Am/Fm Radio, Cd-player, & a
lockable decklid. To view this 1983 Chevrolet El Camino in greater
