Vehicle Description
This original U-code 440CI was built for and given to Bob Hope as a
promotional car for Bob's representing Chrysler products. The
promotional cars were treated to special treatment during the
assemble process. This car was given a rotisserie restoration. The
1970 was the only year of the Challenger R/T convertible with the
U-code 440 engine. The car included factory air conditioning and
was delivered to California. It has the N95 emissions controls
equipment as well as many comfort options. Painted red with the
matching red interior the white stripes really set this car off.
