History
In September of 1959 significant styling and technical refinements
gave rise to the 356 B T5 body type. By September of 1961, the 356
B model was changed again to the T6 body type with twin-engine
grilles, an external fuel filler in the right front fender and a
larger rear window in the coup. The Porsche factory did not call
attention to these quite visible changes with a different model
designation and still called it a 356B. In September of 1963 the
same body style T6 was converted to standard four-wheel disc
brakes, now called the 356C with 75HP or the 356SC with 95HP.
