1934 Ford 5 Window Coupe for Sale
Here is a one of a kind 1934 Ford Five Window Coupe for your consideration. The body is in great shape and has been well taken care of. The body is rare and original 1934 Ford steel, as are the running boards, hood, fenders and suicide doors. The only fiberglass piece is covering the gas tank and a new steel piece that will need to be painted is included with car.
The engine is a Chevrolet 350cid V8 Edelbrock crate engine #46314, 363 HP that starts up and runs great and is mated to a 700R4 automatic transmission. The engine is completely finished in Edelbrocks endurashine and has ceramic headers.
A torque thrust steering wheel and matching torque thrust wheels are on the car. The suspension is Air Ride. Coolride is on the front end, and the rear end features Shockwave. The rear suspension is triangulated 4-link. The rear end is Currie Ford 9-inch 3.50 limited slip also with disc brakes. The front suspension is from a Mustang II rack and pinion and also features disc brakes.
Modern features include tilt steering wheel, custom center console which houses the Airride airbag control panel and stereo control panel. The main stereo is by Stereo Audio SST. The unit is mounted in the trunk along with the two amplifiers (JVC and Arsenal) and an Obcon 10-inch subwoofer running into Polk speakers. The interior fabric is in fantastic shape. The original front seat, headliner and door panels all have been custom reupholstered. Billet aluminum trim, VDO gauges and powered air vent also add to the custom feel.
While many hotrods are temperamental and difficult to drive, this 1934 Ford is set up extremely well. The engine fires up extremely quickly and has a great sound.
