Vehicle Description
This popular body style represents the third generation of
Oldsmobile's front wheel drive Toronado. This style was produced
from 1979 to 1985 and was considerably smaller than prior years. A
special upscale version named "Caliante" was offered in 1984 & '85.
The Caliante package cost an additional $1,970 and of the 42,185
Toronado's produced in 1985 only 7,342 were optioned with the
Caliante package. The car offered here is an outstanding original
example with 26,000 miles and appears to have every or nearly every
option available. One very rare and unique feature on this Caliente
is the factory optional sheepskin seat inserts with leather
surrounds. It's also equipped with a digital dash, power glass moon
roof, power seats with driver's side memory feature and much more.
The color is paint code "85" Saddle Tan Firemist (metallic gold)
with a matching landau top and light tan interior. The Autocheck
