Vehicle Description
One of the most creative packages offered by the factory. Also the
fastest American production vehicle in it's day. This one is a
California truck with only 3 owners. Has 51,344 original miles. Its
one of the best I've seen.
EXTERIOR: It sure is wild. The chrome stacks (vertical exhaust)
with chrome tips and heatshields are the coolest feature in my
opinion. The package also included 15x8 chrome mag wheels, real oak
trim, gold stripes and lettering. Many I've seen have wrong wheels,
this has all 5 and they are in excellent condition. Walking around
it I think it looks show quality. Practically looks new. It has had
1 high quality repaint. The finish is polished bright, decals look
new. All the chrome and trim look exceptionally bright and shiney.
Upfront the grill, bumper, emblem are mint. The mirrors, chrome
near the vent windows and around the roof look new. The stacks are
mint, rear bumper is mint. the wood trim is excellent with a nice
finish not peeling all the gold decals look for steamed or not
peeling or faded and back the bumper looks new wheels are in
excellent shape it has Goodyear Eagle ST tires which they quit
making years ago but they still look new because this truck has
been sitting in a private collection
INTERIOR: I'm sitting inside the truck right now and the interior
is in excellent condition. You can just tell a low mile interior.
It is original and nearly new looking. Yes the seat cushions,
upholstery, door panels and carpet are excellent. Look at the other
items too- dash, knobs, radio, steering wheel etc. It is all mint
in this truck. No cracks in the dash pad. Really nice from floor to
ceiling. Not only does it have it's original 8-track player but it
also includes it's original "Sound of Stereo" 8-track from
Chrysler. Also has owner's manual in it's pouch, like new
condition. Has a new set of embroidered floor mats.
MOTOR COMPARTMENT: It looks like it did at the factory. Has all the
correct components still in place. The air cleaner is complete with
dual snorkle tubes, heat riser off the manifold and even 360
Express decal. The fan shroud is propper, still has rubber flaps
atrached. The original stickers are still throughout the
compartment, even the Original Equipment sticker which shows the
options this truck was ordered with. The motor was neatly
repainted. Speaking of the motor, they were 360 police motors with
upgrades- Superflow heads, 850 4 barrel carb, high lift cam, heavy
valve springs and more. The dress up option included chrome valve
covers and air cleaner lid.
